Placing an Order
We do not have a shopping cart on our website, orders for components, repair kits, ESL’s etc must be placed by email or telephone. We will get back to you with cost of the component and shipping costs to your country.
Our Electrostatic Loudspeaker kits are assembled upon demand and as such require a
non-refundable deposit of 10% of the kit purchase price to secure the order.
The balance of the kit purchase price and the freight cost is payable upon shipment of the order.
Any Customs Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. E R Audio will advise the correct Harmonised Code to minimise any duty that may be
payable.
